C. R. Sheets/ Coils
CR sheets or cold rolled sheets are hot rolled products which provides a superior surface finish, with improved physical properties of the steel, such as high formability, high strength, excellent dent resistance, good magnetic properties, tensile strength, and workability and welding properties. With Cold Rolling its thickness is reduced to precise gauges. CR Sheets are available in sheets and coils.
Applications:
CR sheets are used for multitude of applications like precision tubes making, containers, bicycles, furniture, household appliances, electrical panels, construction, galvanizing, general engineering etc.. Automobile industry used the CR Sheets to produce car body panels. Cold rolled products are also used for further processing like colour coating, galvanising and tinning.
H. R. Sheets/ Coils
HR sheets or hot rolled sheets are steel sheets that are soft enough to bend flat on itself in any direction, without cracking. They are ductile enough for shallow drawing used in variety of industries in the domestic market.
Applications:
Hot rolled coils are primarily used for making pipes and have many direct industrial and manufacturing applications, including the construction of tanks, railway cars, bicycle frames, ships, engineering and military equipment and automobile and truck wheel caps, frames and body parts, pipes, LPG cylinders and shuttering plates. They also find application in construction industry.
G.I. /GC Sheets/ Coils
G.I./GC Sheets are galvanized steel sheets or coils that are zinc coated and cold rolled sheets/ coils. G.I sheets are available in GI coils, Galvanised Plain sheets (GP) and Galvanised Corrugated Sheet (GC)
Applications:
The GI sheets are used in automotive applications as it has enhanced paint ability, weld ability and corrosion resistance. GI sheets are also used in washers, refrigerators, air-conditioners, vending machines, microwaves etc. Galvanised Corrugated Sheets are used to cover the Steel Structure and Industrial Sheds, Warehousing Buildings, Houses, Hutments etc.
Structural Steel and Plates
We also deal in high quality Plates, Rails, Beams, Channels, Angles, Rounds, TMT bars in variety of specifications and sizes.
Applications:
Squares Bars are used as guide rails for material handling equipments and as support bars.
Round Bars are used for various applications like hardware, petrochemical, construction, electric, boiler burning equipment, surgical equipment, food, water heating equipment, boat, power mill, etc
TMT/CTD Bars are also known as reinforcement steel and wire rods which are primarily used by the construction industry.
MS Channels have wide range of applications like Purling for Sheds, Scaffoldings in construction Industries, and Supporting frames for Structures, Base frames of heavy machinery and automotives etc.
Steel angle are used in various applications like reinforcement, transmission towers, Bridges, Sheds etc.
Beams are commonly used in the construction of bridges and steel Structure, frames of industrial buildings and Sheds.
Rails are used to form the tracks of the EOT Crane, Goliath Crane and Guide tracks of Railways to run the Passenger and Goods trains. Rail Products are available as Light crane rails and Heay Rails.
MS Plates/Flats are used to make Boilers, Pressure vessels, Rail wagons, Ships, Pipes and provide the base and body of the heavy machineries. They are used to make gusset plates for the frames of the industrial sheds and joining the transmissions towers. Plates are available in Wide arrays of thickness, lengths and widths of various steel compositions.
Chequered Plates are mostly used for industrial flooring. They have bead pattern on its surface so that it provides good grip for the people to walk.
